David Duncan is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years’ experience and a proven
track record of results in residential, multi-family, commercial, retail, mixed-use, senior housing,
built-for-rent and heavy/highway projects of all sizes.
He has experience in all aspects of site
development projects large and small; and has managed development operations for national
builders, multi-family developers and mixed-use developers performing services as an
executive, developer, contractor, engineer, consultant and owner’s representative. The breadth of
his experience gives him the ability to understand the bigger picture and never lose sight of the
goal while identifying and averting the issues that will potentially undermine a project’s success.
